Due to the digital nature of our programs and the immediate access to course materials upon enrollment, and the respect for participant agency, we have a general policy of no refunds, returns, or guarantees.
No Guarantee:
While we are confident in the value of our programs, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. The success of our programs depends heavily on individual effort, commitment, and application of the concepts and techniques taught. Therefore, we do not offer any guarantees of success or specific achievements.
No Refunds:
All sales of Sea Change Learning programs are final. Once you have enrolled in a program and accessed the course materials, no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place due to the immediate access to digital content and the personalized nature of some of our coaching services.
No Returns:
Digitally delivered training and coaching programs are not returnable as there are no physical products to return. Purchase of physical products are also subject to returns. We do not accept returns of any kind.
